  • Cabin Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 11am
  • Timber House, Woodland House, Cottage OR Motel Check-in: 4pm / Check-out: 11am

Balance due at Check-In. We accept payment by credit card or cash.

Day visitors of registered guests are required to pay for a $10 visitor pass and must register at the office to receive a visitor wristband and parking pass.

Resort Policies:


At time of Check In all guests need to present a valid photo ID.

Taxes and Fees not included in rates. Rates are subject to change. Monthly and Seasonal Campers are subject to approved application.

Acts of God/Construction Noise-Neither owner nor agent(s)shall be liable for events beyond their control which interfere with Guest(s) occupancy, including but limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, tornado, strikes, war inclement weather and construction noise from nearby sites. NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.

Cabin Policies:

All cabins include pillow top queen mattresses, heat, A/C, bed linens, (bring your own towels), kitchenette with mini refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, stemware, flatware, Weber charcoal grill, fire-ring, and picnic table. Premium Plus cabins have a large deck with outdoor table and chairs. Deluxe cabin has small deck overlooking campground and sand volleyball courts.

*Two vehicles allowed at each cabin, overflow parking is available for an additional $5 per vehicle per day (NEW AS OF 1/1/2023) for cabin resort guests only. Overflow parking lot located across the street on Rembles Rd.

Annual Event weekend rates (May 19-20, June 16-18, June 23-25, July 21-23, July 28-30, Aug 24-26)

CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 days-notice prior to arrival for refund less $25 fee. Less than 30 days will result in loss of deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

** 2 Vehicles included in rate – additional vehicles must pay $5 per vehicle per day to park in our overflow lot! (New as of 2023!)

Campground Policies:

All campsite rates include 2 people, 1 vehicle, 1 camping unit. A maximum of 6 people per campsite allowed for additional fee.

EXTRA PERSON: $10 per day

EXTRA VEHICLE: $5 per day

EXTRA TENT: $30.00 per day. You MUST contact us to confirm additional tents on one site. Not all sites are compatible.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 14 days notice prior to arrival for refund less $10 fee. Less than 14 days will result in loss of deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

We do not charge extra for sunshine and we do not give refunds for rain.

Weekends require two night stay minimum and three night minimum at weekend rate on Holidays for campsites.

Visitor Policy:

People coming to visit their friends who are Registered Guests at the Resort pay $10.00 & are Required to Register at Office before they enter Resort property. Please take the time to collect a map of the grounds, so you know where to go & itinerary of our scheduled events, Mandatory Visitor Wristbands & Visitor Car Pass. Keep in mind a Non-Registered Guest or Visitor is considered Trespassing.

The person making the reservation and/or providing a credit card deposit is financially responsible and/or will be prosecuted for any/or failure to follow Camping Resort Rules & Regulations or Damages to Camping Resort Property by any/or all members of their group.
